The Government’s KiwiSaver HomeStart programme is designed to help first home buyers into a home of their own, with Housing New Zealand administering the programme.
As one of the key policies to kickstart the housing market, the programme required clear, easy to follow information booklets and forms. And the imagery needed to feature young couples with houses under construction as the programme is designed to target new building projects as well as existing homes.
