With a primary focus on Playful, our playtesting service, this is a role with real clout – ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and building products audiences love.
This is a hands-on product leadership role, suited to someone who enjoys working directly in the detail – shaping systems, refining outputs and strengthening delivery from within.

The role
You’ll own and evolve Playful’s core product offering – strengthening platform capability, advancing automation, improving delivery quality, and driving continuous improvement. The ambition is global scale, and this role is central to building the technical foundations that will enable it.
While primarily focused on Playful, you’ll also contribute across our wider digital experience portfolio, including Colorway VR, our colouring-in VR game available in major gaming stores and licensed to international education and therapy providers.
What you’ll do

Own and evolve the product roadmap across platforms, tools and reporting

Set clear priorities and standards for delivery, data quality and performance

Lead and actively shape product development from concept through to release and iteration

Drive usability, consistency and scalability improvements

Translate product requirements into practical implementation, working closely alongside internal and external teams
- Work directly within tools, workflows and reporting systems to refine and improve outputs

Oversee playtest delivery, ensuring seamless flow from analysis to reporting

Maintain robust data integrity and reporting accuracy

Advance AI-assisted reporting and automation initiatives

Establish quality benchmarks for reliable, client-ready outputs

Monitor competitor activity and studio feedback to inform direction

Support expansion planning, business cases and funding proposals
What we’re looking for

Experience leading and delivering complex digital products end-to-end, with direct involvement in execution

Strong product judgement and confident decision-making

Detail-driven, quality-focused mindset

Comfort working within technical systems and product workflows - contributing directly, not just overseeing delivery

Enjoys building and refining systems personally, not simply directing others to do so
