Brand identity and marketing campaign for a Queenstown residential development.

In a cluttered Queenstown property market, Bayleys asked us to develop a brand identity for a new terrace development that captured the imagination of locals and investors alike. Architecturally designed, Remarkable Residences sits at the foot of the Remarkables in the newly established Frankton Flat district. 

Our logo was inspired by the jagged edges of the surrounding mountains and the angular roofline of the terraces themselves. Like the development itself, our colours and textures were drawn from the natural surroundings. Photography was used to reflect the views potential buyers would wake up to and to illustrate the dynamic lifestyle and community on offer.

The new identity was road tested on a pre-sale campaign (billboards, social, online, Adwords, SEM, and eDM) we developed. Results exceeded all expectations, with enough pre-registrations to match almost all the Stage 1 properties available.
